Dear clients, content support team + friends,

Today marks a major change in leadership at Archer Impact. With profound gratitude for the past few years, I want to announce that my co-founder and favorite coworker of all time, Stacy Williams, is stepping down.

For three dedicated years, Stacy has been a driving force behind countless milestones at Archer. Stacy’s legacy includes expanding capacity into DEI research, pioneering social science methodologies in our IMM services, landing an international contract with Qatar’s Model UN, and managing multiple clients whose real-world impact has made our work rewarding.

Under our social impact director Stacy Williams, as of today, Archer Impact has completed all active impact measurement contracts and project timelines. Until further notice, Archer will not seek future contracts in that service line. Thank you for your patience as I update our marketing materials to reflect this change.

I will forever be thankful for Stacy’s solid co-leadership and transformative contributions during Archer’s initial chapters. With that in mind, I know you’ll join me in congratulating Stacy on a new director role with a statewide consulting firm based in Sacramento, California.

As the remaining founder and content director, I am delighted to assure both clients and team that I will maintain all our current contracts. Archer Impact will live on, still dedicated to high-performance media content for organizations doing good in their communities.

Furthermore, with a geographic relocation to Sacramento, I plan to bring fresh energy towards expanding our reach in the capital region of California. I promise to propel the agency forward, while always selecting clients that share a progressive vision we can all get behind.

With big changes ahead but boundless enthusiasm for the future, I thank you for your loyalty and continued support.
